Painting Alla Prima is a painting technique of applying wet paint on wet paint. It is a fast-paced and fun way to create an impressionist works of art. Beginners welcomed! 

The workshop goal is to have a portrait of a celebrity completed by the end of the workshop. All needed materials will be provided in the workshop including a pre-drawn 16” x 20” canvas of a celebrity. This hands-on-workshop will focus on mixing and applying skin colors as well as painting hair, eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. The facilitator will work one-on-one with each participant and demonstrate the technique. Remember to dress to paint with oil colors. Teenagers and adults welcomed. 

All materials are provided. Cost is $95 for the full-day class. November 27, 2021, from 10AM to 4PM with a 30–45-minute lunch break.
