1. All ticket purchases for art classes at Vantage Point Art Gallery are non-refundable.

2. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, or personal emergencies.

3. In the event that Vantage Point Art Gallery cancels a class due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability or inclement weather, ticket holders will be offered the option to reschedule for a future class or receive a credit towards another art class of equal value or refund. 

4. Vantage Point Art Gallery reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders in advance via email or phone.

5. Tickets are transferable to another individual, provided that the original ticket holder notifies Vantage Point Art Gallery via email or phone before the scheduled class and provides the full name and contact information of the new attendee.
